NOW YOU CAN PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE.  IT'S SIMPLE, QUICK, AND PAINLESS!!!!​  You can make a payment or pay the whole balance.  You can use Paypal, PayPal Credit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.  In order to qualify to use this service, you have to pay a MINIMUM OF $25.00 towards your account.  This is necessary due to the per transaction fees charged to process the payment.  The only notable exception would be if your remaining balance is < $25.00.  ALSO COMING SOON - CARE CREDIT,  THE CREDIT CARD EXCLUSIVELY FOR PAYING MEDICAL BILLS ONLY.

  1. Under "PATIENT ACCOUNT NUMBER" - Enter the account number from your statement and then click the "PAY NOW" button
  2. Under "THERAPY SERVICES" you will see a box that states 'price per item".  Type in the amount you intend to pay, whether it is the entire amount due, partial amount, or pre-arranged payment as arranged with the Accounts Manager.
  3. The Quantity would remain "1"
  4. Click on the "Continue" button.
  5. The site will take you to the next screen.  There you will have the choice to sign into paypal to make a payment (using a credit card or checking account or paypal credit  OR it will ask you if you want to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" without logging onto Paypal.  Depending on your choice, follow the directions until the purchase/payment is complete.  PAYPAL MAY CHARGE A FEE ASSOCIATED WITH PROCESSING YOUR PAYMENT AND THAT FEE IS NOT COLLECTED BY, NOR BENEFITS, CAROLINA OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY OF GREENVILLE, INC.
  6. You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal once the payment has processed.
  7. Please allow at least 48 hours for the payment to be posted to your Carolina Occupational Therapy account.
